About the project
A production-ready Laravel 12 REST API that sits between the Utah Real Estate RESO/OData API and frontend consumers. It transforms large, raw real-estate payloads into clean, versioned JSON endpoints. The project powers property search with 30+ filters, detailed property pages, live listing feeds, featured-city market snapshots, and community/AI-generated market reports for Daybreak, South Jordan, and Herriman. It uses a DTO-driven service architecture, multi-layer caching with stale fallback, parallel media fetching, a property-scoring algorithm for featured results, and scheduled Laravel commands/queues that push market data to an external AI service (Megaphone) and persist generated descriptions back to the database.
