here
“Shipping AI into production taught me that models fail like humans — they just fail faster. Guardrails and observability are how we sleep at night.”
2016 put me on-call for a Lagos edtech launch where 20,000 learners lost access minutes before an exam. Writing recovery scripts at 3:12 a.m. taught me to architect Laravel platforms with disaster plans, automated testing, and observability before anyone pushed to production.
Since then I’ve scaled multi-tenant SaaS systems past 100,000 monthly users, shipped GPT-powered assistants that triage enterprise support queues, and launched Pinecone-backed retrieval pipelines that keep AI answers accurate.
