Cash-first. Equity can be a bonus for the right long-term engagement — but it doesn't replace market-rate compensation. If you're pre-revenue, we can talk about smaller cash + reasonable equity, but it needs to be reasonable.
We extend. Every engagement includes a check-in at the 70% point where we scope the next chunk if you need it. I don't disappear the day a sprint ends — 30-day support windows come standard.
Mostly solo — I'm the engineer. For bigger builds I have a handful of trusted collaborators (frontend specialists, designers, Web3 devs). If we need them, I'll tell you and you'll meet them.
I'm in Lagos (WAT / GMT+1). Full overlap with UK and EU during work hours. About 4 hours of morning overlap with US ET — enough for standups, syncs, and reviews, but not a full working day together.
